I-140 Approved - EB2 (Masters)

My I-140 is approved on 06-25-2003 after 263 Days.

It looks like EB2 is heading into October '02

Please post your I-485 notice date. We have a hypothetical theory that BCIS is tieing I-140 to I-485 ND. Please mention if you did concurrent filing along w/ I-140 or Applied later with I-140 Receipt.

Unbelievable but true. My I-140 is approved on 26th of June.
Rcvd Date 17-JAN-03, ND date 21-JAN-03. (EAC03082XXXXX)Concurrent filler. AP and EAD has been approved 2-3 months back for me and my wife. I thought sept'02 is going on but when I saw "allthebest" has got 140 approved who has got the almost same time as me, I started checking online status quite a often today (usually 1-2 per day) and I found what I wanted to.

I was following this forum for a long time but never perticipeted. I thought I should share this info with you too.

Wish me luck in I-485. See you in I-485 forum.

Time Frame for EAD

Hi All,

I am planning on concurrent filing for my I-140 and 485 . How long does it take for the approval and to actually get the EAD card once applied.

It will take around 30 days 90 days. Some people got even before that. Check the current date for EAD on VSC time charts. You will get an rough idea. About getting I-140 really I do not know.


Please post such thing in a related thread or in separate thread. This will keep the threads clean. Almost everybody follows that.

I waiting almost 6 months for my EAD. The BCIS had "mixed up" my papers.
