Friends, finally my I-140 got approved today. LUD got changed for I-140 only. No change for I-485, 2nd EAD or AP. Got the e-mail notification this evening.
EB2s, do not give up hope. If mow gets approved with his cracked fate, anyone could be aproved!
Now my questions to all the GURUs out there:
1. Should I get a copy of the approval notice or only the employer gets it?
2.As my application is concurrent, should I see further actions on my I-485 pretty soon?
3.If I lose my job today, will I be eligible for unemployment benefits?
