I-140 approved, EAD received, AP not approved

I am a born Indian citizen. I am in the US on H1B status (7th year extension). My green card application is on EB2 category. I filed I-140 & i-485 concurrently in June 2007. My I-140 is approved in July 2007. My EAD is approved in October 2007. But my AP is not approved yet. Is there a way I can get my AP.
 
Due to retrogression, I believe the processing or the approval of my I-485 has been stopped. As noted above, I have already received my EAD. My I-140 is approved too. But how about my AP ? The processing of it will be stopped too ? Or I can expect it soon. Or is there a way I can talk to immigration about this ? I would be thankful to hear your suggestions.
 
Call at 800 number, I did the same. Although I've not received my AP yet.

In my case, Receipt date for I-485 and I-140 is August 16, 2007. I received my EAD during first week of November but haven't received my AP yet. It's been almost 5 month now.
