I just got email for my I-140 approved. No change in I-485 yet.

Update:
I got approval emails for me and my wife for I-485 in the afternoon.
Thanks everybody for all help and this is the greatest forum I have ever known.

Should i contact USCIS because my I-140 Notice Date is -12/15/2003,
which before current I-140 processing date.

Gchunger,

You cannot do a status query till your date is 1 month past the processing date. Which means the earliest you can call them will be after the processing date reachches Jan 15, 2004. This is my understanding.

I got 485 approvals in the afternoon. No LUD change for I-140 since Dec 11 2003 and I had LUD on I-485 as 10-7-04 after I did my FP on 9-23-04.

Do you remember what kind of education eval you sent with your 140 ? I have sent the same eval that was used for H1 till now. It is a 1 page evaluation. Now I am feeling I might get a RFE for detailed evaluation since rasdm got such a RFE.
