I-140 approved - changing old employer and coming back

Hi Gurus,

I have a valid H1B and my I-140 is approved. PD is Nov, 2007

I am on bench for the past 3 months. My new employer is offering me a project. No problem with my current employer but he cannot pay me bench salary after 3 months.

If I transfer my H1B to this new employer. Work for 6 months or so...
and come back again to the old employer...

1) Is it ok...
2) Will there be any problem in my GC process.
