I-140 approved, change of Employer less than 6 months

Can any one please let us know the following:

After applying 485, how many days we can change the employer. My 140 got approved. it is now 3months, can I change the employer?

please shed some light....thanks a lot.

I really appreciate you're replies. I applied 485 on 11/20/02 I want to change the employer, my EAD and 140 got approved.
 
Some lawyers say I-485 cases will still survive even if you change job before 180 days --- as long as the INS has not processed/adjudicated your case until after 180 days (check the murthy site), which is for sure in the foreseeable future.

But many (if not most) interpret AC21 as that you can change to similar jobs 180 days after your fling I-485.
 
With nothing clear, It is safe to change only after 180 days of I-485 filling.

Its your life. Your decision.

I changed after 180 days of RD. Informed INS. got approved.
