I-140 Approved, But...

Hello -

I have my I-140 Approved , EB2 and Priority date in Dec 2004. And I asked my Attorney to do the Concurrent filing while applying , And i hope he did.

And i have another 140 from same employer EB-3 Dec 2005 ( Lost my mind to apply Eb-3) which approved before i applied 485.

Now how do i know which 140, the 485 was applied for ???

Ask your attorney or check your I-485 papers. You should have copy of them with you. If not, ask your attorney to give you copies of all the paper work they have sent to uscis.

Is there any way i check with 140 Approval and 485 receipt?

Or can i call USCIS and ask?

Call the service center and ask for the priority date for your I-485 application.
