I have I-140 approved. But before it was approved, I left USA and move to Canada. In the next five years, I will live in Canada. Of cause I will occationaly visit USA (quite often, maybe). I actually have a 485 pending on this I-140, which might be also approved in the near future. Now the question is, can I keep I-140, say if i file 485 later, can it be based on this approved one. Or if my 485 is approved, can I finally get GC and keep it for some time.
I-140 approved but will it be valid even i leave USA
