I-140 approved but the company who sponsored merged with other company?!?

My I-140 approved last month now waiting for I-485 to get approve.
Now my company is merging with the other company and change the name.
But I still working with this company with same position.

Questions :
1. What happen to my GC case?
2. If we don't report to USCIS and let it goes to the end what will happen?
