I-140 approved but no status update

Hi All

My I-140 (EB2) got approved on 11/9/2004 (I have also received copy of approval from my lawyer). But there is no status update on website, it still shows pending and LUD changed for both I-140 and I-485 to 11/3.

Has anybody faced similar situation? How to get the status updated on website? or Should I just ignore it?

You should just ignore it for now as long as the paper copy proves it. The status update may not show you the current changes

What happened to your 485 ?

Just my own opinion ..

We are in a very similar situation. 140 filed in Dec03, 485 in Mar04. My 140 was approved in November, with no status update. But my lawyer let me see a copy of the approval notice, so that was real.

Just yesterday, I received email for my 485 approvals, and also my 140 approval (stating Dec04 approve date). Not sure how that all works, but
I suppose it is OK.

This happened to me too. My I-140 was approved Aug. 5 and I received approval notice hardcopy Aug. 9 2004 but the online message did not change. When my I-485 was approved (Nov. 18) someone at CSC realized the error and modified the I-140 status to that of "case approved Aug 5 2004" and the next day (Nov. 19th) the I-485 message reflected a I-485 case approval. When they touch your 485 the date on the 140 may also change (as with me).
