I-140 approved - but no receipt/approved notice

Hi,

My I-140 was approved. But my employes doesn't want to give me the I-140 receipt / approved notice.

But I have checked the status on-line. It was approved.

How would I know the "number" which I am checking on-line is mine ?

Can I ask USCIS ? or any other way ?

The employer is not required to provide you with a copy of the I-140 notice, and the USCIS online site does not list the name/petitioner there. So, no, there's not really a way you can know it was for you other than to trust you have a good enough relationship with your employer that he/she gave you the right number. You should be glad that he/she gave you the number at all, as many companies I've encountered don't even do that.
