I-140 Approved but no Notice

My husband filed for an I-140 & I-485 concurrently and we were called for an interview in the Santa Ana office. The officer said he approved our I-140. It's been 8 months now and we haven't received any notice in writing that it was approved. What should we do?
 
Great, please call INS @ Customer service no. to get the notice and they will mail it to you. please post your PD details..thnx
