My husband filed for an I-140 & I-485 concurrently and we were called for an interview in the Santa Ana office. Although the officer was pleased, our I-485 was not approved yet since there are no available visa numbers. He said though that he approved our I-140. Few months have passed and we haven't received any notice that it was approved. What should we do?
