I-140 Approved but got RFE on I-485

Folks,

my I-140 is approved today. The magic email came just few minutes before.

Well my joy was not long when 2 minutes after I-140 approval. I got RFEs on both myself and my spouse.

What surprises me that RFE are both of us . Any suggestions , that could relate to medical, copy of passports. Since RFE are for both of us, i assume it is not related to job/employment. Anyone had a similar experience ?

I-140: RD 09/03/03 AD 11/16/03
I-485: RD 11/18/03 RFE 11/16/03

FP done: 12/26/03
FP received: 01/06/04

I am not sure about name check.
 
I am positive you are going to be approved very soon..The fact that ur I-140 got approved and you got RFE on I-485s indicate that your I-485 is ready to be adjudicated..Just reply to RFEs and you will be all set...

Do not forget to checkn on ur FBI name check status...
