Given your priority date, you should see some action in your 485 now (or latest by April), since all March 02 cases would then be current!

Right, 'bharad1', thats what attorney is saying and I am hoping too, to get 485 approval sooner. Well I have been throught fire for 3 years for that plastic card anyways, does not hurt if i wait another month
