I 140 approved after RFE

Thanks for your excellent guidance and support ,

I140 got approved on 4 th june after RFE on the last year w-2 and current paystubs.

I 140 EB3
nD 5/7/2003

REF 3/30/2004 replied on 4/30/2004

How many days it took to you to get approval after receiving the RFE to INS , Please let me know.
I got I-140 RFE on May 13th 2004 and replied to INS on June 1st 2004 . They Updated the I-140 message on June 1st 2004 . i.e we received your infor.......
Again INS updated date to 3 rd june 2004,then they updated date to 4th june 2004 and again they updated to 7th June 2004 . I don't understand they are updating everyday my I-140 case .
Please let me know , when I can get Approval

It took exactly 30 days to approve the petition. My reply was recd on 5/5/2004.

Congratulations.

I am waiting for mine. I got RFE on April 27 2004 and replied on 5/6/2004 and received on 5/11/2004. The last updated date is 5/14/2004 and since no news.

Its almost a month now.

And now the processing dates are in october... any advice what to do ?
