RFE asked more details about impact of work, details of work and citations (third prong). I worked on several projects for govt, but didn't have a letter from govt. agency. I didn't have any citations but 4 conference publications (during Ph.D). Got 2 strong letters proving I was better than US workers and a letter from a prof. stating it's not the norm to publish in companies. It worked.
Now the wait begins for the I-485.
