I 140 approved after long wait...

Its happy to share my good news with you that my I140 approve y'day after long 16 months.After gotten the RFE "ability to pay" i was little bit nervous because of the small company. By God grace, things went fine.I would thank you every one in this forum for thier valuable contribution to the immigration community.Here is my cae detauls..

I140/485 RD/ND - Nov 28 2003
I140 RFE issued - 03/03/2005
I140 RFE received 03/16/2005
I140 LUD change 03/17,03/18,03/21
I140 approved 03/28
Lucd change again 03/21
I485 - waiting for the priority date to be current for me.
PD - August 2002

I got my RFE for ability to pay as well... as my company is small, the lawyer is a bit concerned.. he keeps saying that I should have filed in EB3 category..what kind of document(s) did you send? also, do you know which immigration officer handled your case?

Thanks.I don not know about the which officer handle my case.But we sent Company's tax returns and pay roll , contracts ,previous pay stubs and W2's.
If you are getting paid as mentioned in your labor then you are fine.
