I-140 Approved after 15 months

Here are my details.

I-140 - Labor Sustitution
RD - 06/28/2002
ND - 07/01/2002
RFE received to prove Master's Degree equivalence - 07/02/2003
RFE response received by BCIS - 08/05/2003
AD - 09/19/2003 (after 15 months)

I-485, I-765 & I-131
RD - 10/23/2002
ND - 10/26/2002
AD - ??? for I-485 & I-131
AD - 09/19/2003 for EAD (YES, after nearly 11 months!!!)

When I checked online for I-140, it says the Receipt number is not found. But EAD for me and my wife is updated in online. I-140 was approved, when I checked on the phone. I am waiting to receive the approval notices without any problem since I changed the address in the first week of August 2003. I sent AR-11 and called National Service Center on August 8, 2003.
