I-140 approved - 6 weeks

I got my first LUD on my I-140 (post submission) today morning and it was approved yesterday. It took 6 weeks.

I140 and TSC

Even mine got approved in about 6-7 weeks. TSC routinely clears 140s in that timeframe

What is your 485 status ?

I140 / PD 03 July / AD 22 Aug

EAD / AP / 485: Just submitted (RD is not yet known)
 
I filed jointly at the beginning of August (ended up in TSC as well) and had my FP on 8/23. No LUD since... I wonder how fast they churn these I-485...

I think you guys are pretty lucky. My case was also ended up in TSC but it has more than 7 weeks now but no LUD nor approval notice yet for my I-140...

the only thing that we can do is to wait and see. mine is more than 10 month. (6 month in TSC) and there is nothing yet no RFE no Aproval. :confused: :mad:

I-140 premimum processing for already filed case

Guys,

Can the I-140 premium processing be done for already filed EB-2 I-140 cases please?

recipt date 10aug-06 --internal processing has done 08-16-06 since then its still in pending by the way what is this LUD
