I-140 Approval

I applied for I-140 Nov - 6 2002. It is more than a year with Texus and still waiting for approval. There is no query from INS side. I my lawyer calls them. She get a standard answer to wait and call after 30 days.


is there any body like my case.

Patient is the best thing I can advise u.



My case took 14-16 months to be aproved. and when I was reading others lucky ppl are getting approvals within 8-10 months. I had same feeling.... but patient is best thing. I belive some are very lucky ..... and I also believe it depend on case to case and may be some workload and periorities case like TPS etc...

so don't worry and panic everyone is bieng approved... just prepare for RFE if u are expecting.......just sit tight.... I can pray for u.

btw are u from special Reg contries?????? wouild u like to share ur I-140 Catagery and Date of I-485. labor Cert Date and Periority date pls.
