I filed my I-140 and 485 in August 2007 concurrent filing and I have extended my second EAD for two years.I have a case receipt which is 27 September 2007.
My case is in Nebraska and I-140 is current. My attorney called uscis and got a case number and the 45 days is completed today 10th May 2009.
Still my I-140 is not approved and my 6 year H1B is ending on August 2009.
1. I wanted to know if I need apply for Peri mum processing of I-140 since getting scared as the status is current in Nebraska or can I wait from some more time.
2. If my I-140 get's approved now and as I have my EAD till 2010.I can extended till I get my GC. I wanted to know If I can join a FUlltime positon in the same area I work using my EAD.
can some advise me on this.
