Hi!

I know lots of u guys are frustrated at the pace thngs are going!
Just FYI
My case
EB1

I 140 ND 08/05/2002 Pending
AP second ND Mar20th Pending
EAD second Jan 04 pending

EB2 same as above

EB3
ND Sept 12 2003 pending

I 485 Rd May 2003 Pending.

I called several times and they USCIS say the are working on June forever!!!!

Maybe you have confused USCIS with applications in each EB category, they must be thinking, are these clones? You probably would have been better off with just one application, less application, less backlog, faster approval... ;)

Do you mean you have applied for I-140 in all the 3 categories- EB1, EB2 AND EB3? That's what it sounds like from your message, but I couldn't believe it. So clarifying.
 
:D are there only 3 EB catogories?

I never saw something before,but joke a side,KKC, when u called them and they told u that they are working on JUNE cases, what categories were they talking abt because they did not update EB3 140 dates last time.

This is what destiny is probably all about.
A person buys a lottery for the first time in life and gets the jackpot.
Others buy thru out the life and never get it.
GC with USCIS is no less than a lottery.
People with huge experience, excellent salaries and continuously working miss it where as those who never worked with the company and are not even that much qualified, many of them without salaries for long time still get it.
The balancing act has its own rules which we cannot mend.
