My I-140 application was sent on March 5 and I have still not received the approval. However, my lawyer says that I should receive it in a week or two. Is there any way I can check the status based on the LIN number? Phone(AVM)? Email?
I have chosen the CP option. What happens after the I-140 approval? What documents will I need for the CP interview, such as PCC etc? How long does it usually take to get the interview date (Nebraska Service Center) from the time of approval?
