EB-1 Premium
My Husband applied I- 140 as EB-1 OR in May 2006. Last December he reqested the INS to process this as a premium processing case by paying the fee,8th Dec He got an RFE from them and Feb12th submitted the extra evidences what they asked. Today morning He got an e-mail notification from INS that his case has been approved,so We believe its fast.
