I-140 Approval Notice

I ask for I-140 approval notice from my employer. They give me I-797C, Notice of Action. However, it seems to me that this is just a receipt notice instead of approval notice. Can somebody tell me which form is I-140 approval notice?

I don't have approved I-140 so I don't know what an approved I-140 would look like, however, you can determine whether the I-797C, is a receipt or an approval by the text in I-797C itself. If it's a receipt it may say "we have received your application for I-140 blah..blah..blah..blah.." or if it's an approval then it may say "your case is approved blah..blah..blah..", just my guess, I may be wrong.
