My I 140 was approved back in Feb 2007. My priority date is current now for EB3 and going with consular processing. I was waiting for NVC to send me a notification so that I could send them the required fees. But I just learned today that NVC hasn't received I-140 approval notice from USCIS. How can we have USCIS send the notification to NVC and how long does it take to get there? Weren't they (USCIS) suppose to send it long time ago? Did we need to ask them to send it over to NVC when I-140 got approved?
