I applied NIW myself last october. (140 only)
just checked on the web a month ago and found 140 is approved.
However, I did not receive the paper notice until now. my address has changed due to my company being
acquired by another company nearby. I am still in the same businness and essentially the same company.
I called USCIS, and they told me to file a I-194 form to request
another copy. How long does it take ?
Can I apply for the 485 with only the I-140 receipt number?
