I have my I-140 petition approved through my current employer. I have an offer from another company and I guess I can use my existing priority date when filing through my new employer.
Would I need a I-140 approval notice to retain the priority date? Since I-140 is employer's petition, what should I do if my company doesn't provide me with a copy of the approval?
