I have got my I-140 approval today and my name is incorrect on the I-797 form [I-140 approval notice]. It reads Sriram, Anandan N. When I checked with my attorney, he said when they have filled out the I-140 form, they have put "No Middle Name" in hte "Middle Name" column. He says that it is not a problem. I have asked him to communicate to USCIS, but he said it is highly unlikely that USCIS will issue a new I-797 [I-140 Approval Notice]. I wanted to check with the members of this forum whether this is true and what are my options here? Any input is highly appreciated.
