I-140 Approval for E13 (Multinational Manager) from VSC

I have submitted my I-140/I-485 on November 28, 2002 (Caterogy E13 -- Multinational Manager) at VSC (CP option). Would be interested to learn whether anybody has received an approval from VSC for I-140 with an earlier submission date. Thanks in advance.

RD from May 2002

I applied in May 2002 and have a RD of May 21. So far have not heard anything though the official VSC times show that they are now processing cases of 6/28/02.
