I-140 Approval - Can I transfer to another company?

I have my I-140 approval... can I transfer to another company? How will that affect my current green card application, can I continue that? Or should I stay with my current employer?

You cannot change employer on basis of I-140 approval. For you to change employer you should have filed I-485 based on I-140 approval, and I-485 remains pending more than 180 days, this is covered under AC21

What if the old company is not going to revoke the I-140 and you are ready to switch back to your old employer during I-485 filing.?
