hi, my employer filed for my I-140. not approved yet. now my end client offered me fulltime. will that mess up my application for I-140? do i need to change employer? if yes then what about my priority date? will it stay the same? should i take this offer? i spoke to my company that i will need a sponsor n they r working on it. dont know what they will come up with. what other questions should i ask. please,,, if anyone knows.....

You can check with the employer whether they received any receipt form USCIS of your I-140 application. If you can call to USCIS National Customer Service to check you application. Only if your I-140 get approval you can view your priority date. Whenever you file USCIS forms to receive immigration benefits, you need to make sure that you are using the latest version of I-140, Petition for Alien Worker .That is because USCIS updates the forms quite often and outdated forms may not be accepted.
