I 140 appeal stage plz advise

Hi Unitednation

I am new to this forum.

My I 140 was denied in May 2005 for experience letter reason. Later lawyer I guess along with experience letter filed appeal as I am not sure whether they directly file appeal or MTR.



My 485 got denied is in MTR stage now.

Can you please advise me what options I have

like - Is it possible to file new I-140 based on same labor ( My case is lab substitution case) ?

Can I join other company and start fresh labour and 485 ( I have not maintained H1 but) ?

I think my appleal will get approved but I have think of worst case situation.

Can you please give more details on the reason for your I-140 denial??
I mean did you send the experience letters along with app'. was there any RFE?? is denial due to discrepancy in employement dates and experience letters??

by the way did you re-apply?
