My i-140 application got denied( ability to pay reason) and my lawyer is asking an arm and leg to go for the appeal. SInce i am restricted by time ( have to file in a week delay). I decided to appeal without the help of a lawyer. Is there any guidelines or sample letter to edit a solid brief for the appeal and /or info about filling the appeal form.
