Hi,
Ive filed concurrently for my I-140/EAD/AP/-485 last month.My H1 is due for renewal on the 1st of Oct. Most likely I should have my EAD by then.Is it advisable to renew my H1? Also, my wife is due to travel to India around that time.If we get the EAD by then, would she face any issues when entering the US? If i do apply for H1 renewal, and she travels to India before it gets approved, and attempts to return after the extension given to me here, what papers would she need?
