I received RFE (6/04) for my 1-140 (EB-1) submitted in 9/03. I submitted new evidence on 8/19/04. I have not heard yet from Nebraska Center. I would be grateful if someone out there could let me know how much time it takes to process RFE cases.
i saw different cases. some got approved within days of replying RFEs. some waited several months. I think you can open a formal inquiry after 30 days of reply RFE.
