I-140 and PD processing

Looks like the TSC is processing 140s also based on PD. I see a lot of 140s filed after Nov.04 but with PDs in 01 and 02 being processed earlier than its supposed to be.
Does anybody else see the pattern?
I filed in Oct. 04 but I don't expect it until June or July based on this trend. Has anybody with a PD in late 03 or 04 got their 140s approved yet?

I got my 140 approved on 28th Feb and my PD is in 2003. Look at my signature for details
