My case is concurrent filing in TSC
EB2
RD (I-140): 6/7/02
RD (485/EAD/AP) : 10/10/02
I have not received any information from INS, but the processing date of EB2 I140 in TSC is 9/28/02. I do not know what happend for my case. Does anybody have any idea for my case.
1/10/03, my EAD card has been filed for 90 days, some body says that we can apply for an instant EAD (iEAD) before get a regular one after 90 days. does anybody have the experience?
