I-140 and I-485 Issue

Hi All,

I got my I-140 and filed for I-485 through a company and waiting for I-485 Approval.

But recently through another company, I filed GC and got my Labor Cleared using PERM Process.

I am wondering whether I can file I-140 through this comapany as I already got I-140 approved from my 1st company and I-485 filed from that company.

Will there be any consequences if I apply again I-140 from this 2nd company?
