I recently received my LCA from Texas.
Somtime back my company has moved its operations to it's Corporate office in California. They no longer operate thru the Texas office.
Where do I put my I -140 papers for processing -
California or the Texas office.
I also plan to apply for my I-485 simultaneously. Now is that also linked to a particular processing center.

By LCA , you mean labor certificate ? LCA (labor condition app.) is for H1...

The issue is that if your company applied for the labor certificate for Texas location, moved from there and no immediate plan to move back, the labor is useless. Labor certificates are location dependant.

Otherwise, you can file 140+485 at CSC.
