I-140 and EB2

I filed I-140 in NSC last month. RD is April, 20, 2005. I was interested in knowing if any of you know when it is likely to get approved. I filed it under EB2 category, also files I485 concurrently.

Hi Mccoy,

I filed I-140/I485 concurrently on April 1, 2005 with ND of April 4,2005.My I-140 was approved on May 12, 2005.

First of all thanks for responding and congratulations for your I-140. Does that mean it takes little more than a month to clear I-140 in all EB2 cases. That is amazing. So What about your I485?

I certainly don't know what is the current processing time. I have so far observed two LUD changes since my FP w.r.t I485. Otherwise I have no idea about the processing time. One clue could be if you get your EAD and AP plus FP sooner then there could be some activity arounf I140.
