hi ,i filed my LC on the basis of 100% travelling consultantin june 1998 in Calif service center as my company had an office in SFO,although it is chicago based. then my i-140 was filed in CSC and got approved ,meanwhile my company filed bankruptcy so a part of it was bought by another complany and all the exsisting employees was taken over by this new company, now the company filed and AMmendment I-140 , after which we filed 485in NSC . we got out EAD and AP ,now we have our fingerprinting appointment too. Now the INS CSC has sent a query asking the company to give a SFO office address as the LC was filed using a SFO office address, my new company doesn\'t have a SFO office address, my attorney says they will Send RFE stating that i am an 100% travelling consultant so LC can be filed from anywhere and so there is no need for SFO office address to be given, meanwhile my attorney says its better to start the new LC again with NSC just in case RFE is rejected , my H1B -6 year is getting over by SEPT 2002,
can anyone tell me if there is chances of RFE for ammendemnt i-140 getting rejected ? what arethe chances ofthis 485 to get approved ,please HELP
