Hi,
We have received an RFE for amended I140 on Spetember 11th.
We responded and sent the I 140 to INS on Sept 28th.
We have a receipt date of Oct 4th.
My husband called them today to find out what\'s going on and the IIO spoke very rudely, also he said that they have not received any RFE response nor was willing to check on the I 140.
So, this was a time waste call.
