My company filed an I-140 amendment due to an acquisition. Now the amendment is approved but the original is still pending. Details:
RD AD
Original: 08/02/02 ??
Amendment: 11/19/02 11/20/03
I-485: 09/30/02 ??
Does anyone else out there facing the same situation? I have read before that filing an 140 amendment while the original is still pending is the same as filing a new 140. Does this mean that my 140 is approved and I can change jobs under AC21?
Any thoughts/advice will help. Thanks.
