I -140 after RFE??

Hi guys,

I applied my I-140 in Sept, RD - sept 14. They wanted W2 form in Nov. which they received on Nov 25. Any idea how much more time it might take for the approval? Currently they are working on Nov filed cases, are their any chances that my case will be left out of the stream? Is their any one else in the same boat. I heard if you call up INS officer and ask about the status then it might delay the case further(actually I called them up and they refused to give me the info as I am just a beneficiary). Is it true??

it varies

There is no definite pattern for no of days an I-140 is approved after the evidence is received. If you search these discussions you can see it varies.

Anyway whats your I-140 statistics ? EB-1/2/3 ? RIR ? MS/BS+5 ?

Guys, any RFE cases approved in the last few days? Post your dates. I was RFE\'d and sent the info to them my education evaluation was received by VSC 12/18/01. Please post if in similar boat. Good luck to all.

I got RFE oct 2001, for educational evalution, AVM updated on Nov20th, still waiting for result.

TSC has sent a lot of cases to VSC for processing. Could that be the reason our cases have been delayed?

How do you know that TCS has sent lot of cases to VSC for processing..

Please kindly answer this question...I filing my I140 this week in VSC...
 
I-140 Rfe Ed-eval

Hi Guy\'s,
I got an rfe for ed eval, mine was Bsc(Ag) with 7+ years experience.
Ins asking to Re-eval the degree is it equivalent to computers degree.
Eval people told that it is not.
Please help guys any help appreciate

even i got an RFE.

what was stated in LC?

what was ur qualification + work experience?

where did u get the evaluation done?

what did the evaluavator evaluate ur education as?

this would be of great help..
