i-140, Ac-21 issues

Hi guys,
how is everybody doing?
I have a potential situation and need help
My I-140 is pending for more than 6 months now along with my I-485. I have a EAD and AP.
I am intending to switch jobs. What is my legal staus?
When switching what do I have to be careful about?

For AC21 you need approved 140 and 485 pending > 180 days and the new job should be similar. If 140 is not approved you must have explict understanding with past employer that they will continue to support 140 and not withdraw it.
