For those whose I-140,485 already applied cuncurrently, how are the new rules from Jan-05 going to affect the GC processing.Will it be faster or slower etc.
For cuncurrently applied cases when can the candidate join another employer?Or till what time he has to stick to the GC sponsoring employer?
