I-140/485 (NIW) + EAD Question---VSC?

Has anyone concurrently filed I-140/485 with EAD in Feb/Mar 2005 at VSC?

If yes, did you already recieve EAD form and how long did it take to arrive?

I filled my I-140/485 on April 8, 2005. When should I get the receipt of notice? Thanks.

I got mine in about 2 weeks! In my case, the checks were encashed about a week after I sent, so keep an eye on that!

Looks like, no one filed for NIW at VSC in Feb/Mar 2005? That does not seem to be right! ;)
 
Hi

I did VSC concurrent filing on March 16th and got my receipts after two weeks. Still no approvals however got FP ND: 03/28/05 scheduled on 05/0/5/05 (all fives)

My notice date is March 25, I received it after two weeks as you...Keep in contact, we're in the same boat!

Would you mind sharing your qualifications, publications, etc, etc. Thanks...
 
EADs approved in <4 weeks at VSC!

Folks,

Just got an email from USCIS that EADs (I + wife) have been approved today (04/21/2005), the receipt date was 03/25/2005...

Thought a few of you may be interested!

Also, wanted to ask when I'll get the cards, an attorney is representing me!
