I 140/485 denial (JIM Advice needed )

My i 140 case status says a written descion has been mailed on dec30th
people please get a good lawyer , my lawyer screwed it up.
My details
I 140 sep 4th
I 485 sep 9th
Rfe for I 140 oct 16th (additional comp financial info)
replied to rfe on Nov8th(date ins recieved it)
Dec30th (written notice mailed)

can i refile my I 140 again

The problem was my company was bought over by another company but my lawyer sent in my i 140 on old companys info when they requested for additional info the problem was the company was non existent so she sent the new companys info saying they are doing business as the old company.
this one hell of a big screw up by lawyer ( 2 labour rfes & 1I 140 rfe)
People do not care if your lawyer charges more get a good lawyer that is what is important
 
INS probably feels that the response was incomplete or inadequate. How to proceed will depend on the nature of INS' response.

If the case was denied due to corporate finances you will either need to prove to INS that the finances have improved or that they were not properly documented since INS will now be skeptical when they see a new application.

I'd need to go over the details carefully to know how to proceed at this point. This problem should have been foreseen and addressed when the I-140 was filed.

Sorry about your situation. Why don't you change your attorney at this stage and try a more informed one ?

Why can't you try it out with Jim Mills Esqr. I am sure he will do a good job. Just a suggestion !
